Shipping policy

Due to the current pandemic, shipping may take longer than the stated delivery times below. 

At this point, ÉPONGE only offers shipping within the EU although we work to broaden our shipping destinations.

Order handling and packing:
1-2 days

Delivery time
Within Sweden: 1-3 working days (NOTE! Up to 7 days with deviating postal code)
The rest of EU: 3-7 working days

Shipping costs
Within Sweden: 45 SEK
The rest of EU: 95 SEK

No external taxes or duties will be added.

We cannot guarantee the estimated delivery time in case of unforeseen events. Feel free to contact us at contact@eponge.se if you have any questions regarding the shipping or tracking of your order. Make sure to include the order number you received by email after placing your order.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days - you as a customer is entitled to a full refund, including shipping cost.
