Refund policy
First of all, we hope you will be more than happy with your ÉPONGE garment. If not, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition as you received it; unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
ÉPONGE is not responsible for the items during shipment back to the ÉPONGE office and the return shipping fee is carried by the customer. If you wish to return an item, request a return authorization by contacting us at contact@eponge.se. If your return is accepted, send your items to the address below. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. ÉPONGE suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as this makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. ÉPONGE is not responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, please report this to us as soon as possible at contact@eponge.se
REFUND
Once we have received and processed your return we will notify you via email that you have been refunded. We will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method. The amount will be the cost of the garments. ÉPONGE do not pay back the shipping cost. It can take up to 5-10 business days until the transaction is visible on your bank.
SWITCH TO ANOTHER SIZE OR PRODUCT
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. When receiving your return confirmation you will be offered a code that will make your next shipping free of charge. Please shoot us an email if you are uncertain about size or fit.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
For packages that are not picked up at your post office within 14 days, ÉPONGE reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies administrative costs.
